Free 15 minute initial consultation

We do not charge any fees for the initial 15-minute consultation. Let us know what behavioral concerns your child is exhibiting and we will provide the best possible treatment options available.

Fees for service

Our rates make behavioral health care accessible for most parents without compromising the quality of the services. You will be expected to make a payment at the time of your booking appointment using a credit card (VISA, American Express, Master Card, or Discover Card).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Do you want to cancel your appointment? Kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Clients canceling without a 24 hour notice or a “no- show” are charged a full session fee.  You can cancel your appointment in the following ways:

  • Leave a message for your therapist at the access center (856-625-9194)
  • Email at least 24 hours in advance (info@advbehavioralhealthservices.com)

INSURANCE INFORMATION

We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance firms. Although we do not accept insurance, you might be able to receive reimbursement for out of network procedures by submitting a superbill to your insurance carrier. The superbill will be provided upon request. We will discuss the entire process with you, but we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the cost of all services.
